Pureblood Vampires are born, or a half-breed Vampire drinks their blood, all of the blood, which will kill the pureblood. Drinking the blood of a pureblood can make a vampire more stronger, as long as they drink all the blood of the pureblood. Only a pureblood has the ability to manipulate the elements, such as Fire, water, ice etc (Purebloods control one element only though) Here is the list of purebloods and their power((Will be updated))
